Free UK Delivery All orders are shipped free of charge within the United Kingdom. No minimum order required.

Estimated Delivery Time 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to your email address once dispatched.

International Shipping We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available soon.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@thelumenskin.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
